Dr Stephen Asafo Agyei
Dr. Stephen Asafo Agyei, co-founder of Ultra Synergy Consultancy, brings an unparalleled dedication to transforming education. As a distinguished scholar and seasoned researcher in Development Studies and Economics, Dr. Asafo Agyei offers extensive academic experience across Ghana, Portugal, and the United Kingdom. He has held academic appointments at several UK universities, conducted research at the University of Lisbon, and consulted for start-up colleges in the UK as an advisor and lecturer.
With a rare ability to elucidate complex concepts with clarity, Dr. Asafo Agyei has consistently empowered students of all backgrounds to achieve their utmost potential. He lends Ultra Synergy Consultancy an informed global outlook shaped by over a decade immersed in the corporate and higher education sectors, both domestically and abroad.
Dr. Asafo Agyei possesses specialised expertise spanning curriculum design, development studies, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, political economy analysis, development policies, inequality studies, global business strategies, and management economics. He leverages this multifaceted knowledge to provide Ultra Synergy Consultancy clients with tailored solutions to today’s complex educational challenges.
Dr. Asafo Agyei has led curriculum initiatives at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels for several UK universities. His research background enriches his ability to synthesize theoretical knowledge and real-world practice. As an experienced thesis supervisor, he has also mentored the next generation of academics.
Dr. Agyei holds a PhD in Development Studies and Economics from the University of Lisbon, having previously earned an MSc in Development Studies and Economics from London South Bank University. Through Ultra Synergy Consultancy, he aims to continue advancing education globally via consultancy services informed by decades of scholarly excellence.
Denis Paa Kwesi Rigglets
He is a Chartered Accountant, Transfer Pricing Expert, and International Certified Tax Accountant with over a decade working experience in financial strategy, accounting systems design and implementation, audit, Transfer pricing, Tax Filling, Tax Advising, tax planning, project management, governance, and leadership. He has been a management trainer and tax consultant for several years and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Additionally, he is a Certified Advisor for Xero Accounting Software, Deal POS & Accounting Software, Smart HRM & Payroll Software.
He also held some positions in other companies as Audit Manager at Quao Consult, Chartered Accountancy Firm and Finance Manager at Trellidor Ghana Limited.
Paa Kwesi is also holds Master of Business Administration (Finance Option) degree from Coventry University (UK), Advance Certificate in Systems Engineering from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), additionally, he has undergone several trainings through his professional career in Finance, Accounting, Tax and Auditing. He is a thinker and change agent. He is a member of the following professional bodies CITG, ACFE, CICTA-UK and ACCA
Eric Arkoh
Eric is a highly skilled professional with expertise in Data Science and Business Intelligence tools, including Python, SQL, PowerBi, Tableau, and Excel, which he has successfully applied in various roles.
During his time at Philips, Eric focused on data-driven inventory optimization. His responsibilities include managing inventory complexities, constructing statistical and machine learning forecasts using Excel, Python, and PowerBi, process improvement with LEAN methodologies, and formulating global inventory policies.
As a Data Analyst at Boeing (from March 2018 to March 2021), Eric specialized in analyzing aircraft component inventory within the Boeing 737 Rotable Exchange program. His tasks encompassed data analysis using Python and SQL, data collection, cleaning, and tableau dashboard development. Eric excelled in complex inventory forecasting, data modeling, and presenting insights.
Eric’s educational background includes a certification in Applied Data Science from MIT, a Master of Science in Information Technology with honors from London Metropolitan University, Pre-masters in Business information systems from University of Amsterdam, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where he excelled in subjects like accounting, information systems, data management, logistics & supply chain management.
